TURNKEY
A Turnkey Home from Timm Construction goes well beyond standard building practices and materials. We use energy-efficient products together with craftsmanship will be enjoyed for generations. Items including ICF Foundations, Panelized Wall Systems, Cellulose Wall-Seal Insulation, and EarthLinked Direct-Exchange Geothermal Heat Pump for optimum heating and cooling efficiency. Once constructed, each TurnKey Home is Energy Star Certified by a third-party to authenticate the energy efficiency of the home.

OWNER-BUILD
We get you out of the weather fast by supplying a Shell and as an option we provide the majority of the materials to complete the balance of your new home. We do the heavy lifting in constructing the closed-in shell, while you can complete the home at your own pace. We provide items from the framing process to the finishing phase including cabinets and light fixtures.
We also offer a Shell-Only option in which we supply the subfloor, walls, trusses, roof & wall sheathing, windows and exterior doors and the Home Owner supplies the balance of the items to complete the home.
